Position Overview:
The Spa Assistant Manager will play a key role in the daily operations of the spa, supporting the General Manager and team to ensure smooth workflows, outstanding customer service, and a positive working environment. This role is both client-facing and operations-focused, requiring a strong understanding of spa services, staff scheduling, and client management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Service Providers and Spa Assistants to ensure high performance and teamwork.
- Ensure all client experiences meet the highest standards of hospitality, care, and professionalism.
- Oversee scheduling, appointments, and service flow using booking software (experience with systems like Mangomint, Vargaro, MindBody, or similar is preferred).
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Help manage inventory, retail displays, and supply ordering as needed.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a professional, timely manner.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and spa protocols at all times.
- Contribute to marketing promotions, service offerings, and membership growth efforts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership or assistant management role within a spa, wellness center, or similar environment is required.
- Proven knowledge of massage and skincare services; understanding of salt rooms, infrared saunas, and float therapy is a plus.
- Experience with spa or salon booking software (e.g., Vagaro, MindBody, Mangomint, etc.).
- Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, service-driven environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
We're seeking an experienced and licensed professional who is passionate about providing exceptional massage therapy services in a top-tier spa environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and specialized modalities as requested by clients.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and customize massage treatments accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available and sanitized according to spa protocols.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized wellness plans to support their health and wellness goals.

- Collaborate with other spa team members to coordinate services and enhance the overall guest experience.

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist and current insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred, not required) in a professional spa or wellness setting.
- Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
