Membership Terms & Benefits

Requirements: A 3-month minimum commitment is required with consecutive monthly auto-pay using your payment method on file. Monthly services must be used within the paid month and cannot be carried forward.

Important: Early cancellation or failure to maintain 3 consecutive months of active membership will result in charges for the full price difference of any discounted services received. This balance must be settled before booking future appointments.
