Clients can call the spa directly to make appointments (required for massages, facials, and waxing) or click below to schedule salt room, infrared sauna, or float tank sessions.
Note: a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking
(for first-time massage or facial appointments only).
This will be applied to your balance at the time of checkout after your service has been completed.
NOTICE: We cannot provide childcare or babysitting services! If you cannot arrange for that prior to your appointment, we ask you please reschedule. We are not responsible for anyone that is not directly receiving a service and will not allow additional persons (no matter the age) in the service room or left in the lounge.

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@eleventhelement.com or calling the spa at 570-338-2610 and speaking with us directly. If we are on the other line and you receive our voicemail, leave a message and we will adjust the appointment as needed.
Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place are subject to 50% service fee.
ALL No Call/No Show reservations will be assessed a charge at the full value
of services. Payment must be made before any future appointments are
accepted for the client.
If Eleventh Element must cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled if desired without penalty to the client.
A credit card is required to guarantee appointments, including multiple services and those guests using gift certificates as final payment.
